I live here in St. Helena and have been coming here for over a decade, because the food is great, but I have noticed an uptick in customer service lately over the past few months. Today I realized that the "front of house" Ernesto (Ernie) has really made a difference over the course of the past few months in our at least weekly interaction with this business. I told him in person today but wanted to ensure that management knows.

Family owned restaurant (they also have one in Calistoga) in quaint and oft-overlooked St Helena. Napa gets the fame for sharing a name with the valley, but there's a couple other locales that are cuter, quieter, and just as a nice experience in wine country. This place has very friendly and helpful service, clean bathrooms, nice atmosphere, and comfortable booth seating. Upstairs there's more seating. The outdoor seating on the balcony! would be an awesome place to replenish from wine tasting and plan the rest of the day to other wineries while you watch the Wine Train roll by. Ordered some pizza here and to my surprising, it was a really good pizza. I don't know what it was, but the cheese and the crust really made it for me. Cheese had flavor, the crust was crispy enough and also had flavor. Definitely must give this place a chance!

Excellent service ! Pizza was really really good! The top their pizzas off with tons of your choice toppings. No shortage with that. Really nice place with a balcony that over looks the street. Overall a dang good pace to snag a pie and a few beers!

First time in Saint Helena and decided to grab a pizza mind you we came in after 8:30 and they close at 9pm not once did we feel rushed at all i didn't get the young gentle men's name at the counter but his customer service was definitely on point Pizza was done less then 15 minutes once we got back home it tasted so good definitely a 5 pizza will definitely be back to try something different.

Karla greeted me at the front counter before she took my order. I didn't have my food yet but I can tell it will be delish. The atmosphere was great. It was chill and relaxing. Just the feel I needed right after work. I was watching X-Men on their T.V. So cool. Anyway, Karla greeted me a good bye and I was off to go. If you any of you guys are looking for great service. Interesting place, kind of small, I chose to do take out, but I did notice there was a second dining area on the roof with a balcony. Honestly I wasn't really that hungry when I walked in, but when I opened the door, I immediately smelled the pizza cooking in the back and already my mouth started watering. They have a sort of small menu with a sort of bland atmosphere, but they do have pretty decent staff. I called in my order before hand, and within five or ten minutes, the food was ready. (Of course, the place was empty at the time, so they weren't busy) This place was actually recommended to my by my friends and I'm glad they did! This was one of the best pizzas I have ever had!
